I buy naw for 1m but cant open ths code

when i bought the code it had problem (Contact whomever you got this code from. It can´t be redeemed) but seller refused to replace or refund it. look at the negative feedback that this seller got from others. don´t buy from it. he said you should active it fast or like that but at first of the purchase time it had problem.

the code have problem it gives a error (contact whomever you got this code from. It can´t be redeemed) seller refused to replace or refund it. he said its global problem but why when the codes are broken the seller did keep selling it?
