На станице "Получить товар" надо нажать кнопку "Часто задаваемые вопросы о Steam Gift Bot" и проделать то, что там написано. В общем, действий надо проделать несколько больше, чем обычно (я делал покупки других игр ранее, и получение подарка было проще и быстрее).
