I purchased a one-month Zoom subscription on December 23rd. However, on December 30th, January 8th, and January 17th, I was removed from the licensed workgroup and lost access to the premium features I had paid for. After the third incident, I decided not to contact the seller again, as the repeated loss of access was frustrating and disappointing. Instead, I chose to leave negative feedback to express my dissatisfaction.
In response to my feedback, the seller reacted dismissively, questioning why I didn’t reach out to them again. I explained that I had no obligation to repeatedly report the same issue and that the recurring disruptions to the service made it clear this was not a reliable solution. I cannot recommend this seller based on my experience.
