Working project for disconnecting pumps from a current relay.
To implement the circuit for shutting down transfer pumps, it is planned to install current relays in the pump ammeter circuit. When the level is exceeded, the valves on the pipeline automatically close. As a result of stopping the flow of fuel oil through the transfer pumps, the current decreases through the main power circuits of the pumping units. When the primary supply current of the pump drops to 100A, the secondary current of the current transformers to 1.67A, the current relay with a time delay gives a tripping impulse to the shutdown solenoid of the pumping unit. After the pump is turned off, the current relay is reset and it goes into its original state.
The scheme is implemented on the basis of - AC control relay RKT-3 AC5A ACDC50-270V.
Format - DWG compatible with AutoCAD 2004-2017, Compass, ZWCAD, nanoCAD, BricsCAD, etc.
