🔔 Instructions for adding an account to the console:
1. While in your personal account, press the center Guide button on the gamepad, go to “Profile & system”, select “Add or switch”, then “Add new” (not to be confused with “Add guest”!).
2. Enter the login and password of the purchased account. Please note: if you make a mistake when entering your login, the system will start the process of creating a new empty account. To avoid this, go back to the previous step and enter the login again.
3. IMPORTANT. To confirm login to the purchased account, you may be required to enter a security code sent to a linked third-party email. Select any of the suggested email addresses from the drop-down list and click “Next” - the code will be sent to the specified email. After that, contact the seller via
https://oplata.info and they will provide you with the code. Please wait for a response from the seller - it usually takes no more than 12 hours.
If the response from the seller is delayed, you do not need to be in front of the screen all the time waiting for the code. You can exit the process of adding an account and when you receive a response from the merchant, start the process again. At the code entry stage, simply select “I have a code” and enter it. The code is usually valid for a few hours.
4. The “When we share data with publishers” stage will be displayed - select “Next”.

🔔 Instructions for downloading games:
1. Log in to the purchased account, as the system may have unlogged you from the account in previous steps when adding an account.
2. The “Extend screen time?” window will be displayed. - simply close the window or select “Next”.
3. Although it may seem like nothing has changed and you are still just logged in to your personal account, you will now be able to download the game from the Microsoft Store.
4. Go to the Microsoft Store and search for the name of the game you purchased. Go to the game´s page, select “Install”.
5. Download the game without any problems from your personal account.

In this case, you can switch to any other region, to do this go to the main section of the console settings “Settings”, then “System” - “Language & location” and in the drop-down list “Location” select the desired country, then the system will prompt you to reboot the console.
